Spare Parts app for Android provides you with UI to change the settings that you normally cannot see.

Spare Parts allows you to enable some settings that are not accessible in the default settings menu. Using this app you can speed up, add transition animations, enable haptics, show compass in Google Maps, etc.

Note: If you want to uninstall the app, change settings back first.
